I currently run Hexaco, a Web3 marketing agency focused on PR, events, social, and KOL management. Hexaco has worked with Babylon, Eclipse, Nillion, io.net, 0g.ai, Magic Eden among other clients.

I also run Web3 Job Opps & Events (t.me/web3jobopps) aka Web3JOE which is a Web3 recruiting agency focused on both tech and non-tech roles with more than 200+ clients. Web3 Job Opps & Events is a community run recruiting firm run by ex Polygon team as well as folks from Aleo, Cosmos Tendermint, Sushiswap, Pantera, Hedera, Ava Labs. The team has 5 full time recruiters and 3 senior advisors. Our clients have included MegaETH, Babylon, Movement, Orca, and Story Protocol. The team has also run over 200+ events for our recruiting clients.

I am a Palo Alto native and a Dartmouth grad and entered the blockchain industry in 2015 and have worked as CMO or early contributor for four unicorns in Web3 which are also four of the top 50 crypto companies in terms of market capitalization.

I spent time evangelizing the Hedera ecosystem as CMO of Hedera Foundation and previously was CMO of Polygon and an early marketing contributor to Ava Labs (Avalanche), and TRON Foundation. I also have held brief stints at Huobi and Civic.

I currently spend my time as CMO in Residence at Hack VC a $700M crypto fund in addition to running Hexaco, my marketing agency, and Web3 Job Opps & Events, my recruiting agency. I am also Founder in Residence, CMO in Residence of Tectonic, Hack’s first quantum portfolio company.

In my spare time I love working with early stage DeFi projects - I have worked with the teams such as BitDAO / Mantle (one of the largest DAO managed treasuries), and Sushiswap as a BD and marketing advisor or consultant.

I am a PROUD RESIDENT of Puerto Rico and am a co-organizer for Crypto Mondays San Juan, the largest crypto meetup in Puerto Rico and also co-organizer for BitAngels San Juan, ETH San Juan, and Puerto Rico Ivy+ meetup. You can find me co-hosting dinners at new restaurants and art galleries in San Juan in my spare time.
