Min H. Kim is a Palo Alto native and Dartmouth College graduate who got her start in blockchain working at Shocard, a blockchain enterprise security startup backed by AME Cloud Ventures in 2015 based in Palo Alto.
In 2017, Min began working alongside Tim Draper in marketing and partnerships for the Draper ecosystem.
Subsequently, Min worked with Vinny Lingham as Chief of Staff at Civic, one of the first companies to launch an ICO.
Since then, Min has worked as Head of Marketing at Huobi U.S. (HBUS) the U.S. arm of one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges, Huobi, where she learned the intricacies of the crypto exchange business.
She has also worked alongside Justin Sun (CEO of TRON) as TRON’s first U.S. employee involved in developer grants, partnerships, PR, and marketing and alongside John Wu, President at Ava Labs (Avalanche) as an early marketing contributor to Avalanche. Min then went on to work as CMO of two of the top 40 crypto companies in terms of market capitalization as CMO at Hedera Foundation and CMO at Polygon (previously Matic Network).
Min currently serves as Venture Partner at Hack VC a $600M crypto fund. She also runs Hexaco Alpha a “psy ops” marketing firm and Web3 Job Opps & Events (W3JOE)- a community driven recruiting firm: t.me/web3jobopps. Min has engaged with more than 30+ startups in the crypto space as a marketing and partnerships consultant including Nillion, Babylon, Eclipse, 0g. She has worked with some of the largest crypto startups out of India, Vietnam, China, and Russia.
